This is the Lotech Solutions' website for technical writers, the home for technical author information on documentation product usability and design, writing, editing, illustrating, help development, as well as authoring tool tips, tricks, and procedures.

I'm Colin Ramsden (second from the right), the Lotech Solutions' webmaster, technical author, illustrator, and editor.

This website is designed to primarily be an advanced resource for technical writers, authors, illustrators, and editors; and secondarily to be a working example of utilising low technology solutions to produce world class and best practice results.

P.S. If you're curious about the scrolling digital characters at the top of the page, they demonstrate the use of Microsoft's XML based HTML style paradigm XHTML, a combination of XML, HTML and CSS to produce dynamically timed HTML activity without the need for a scripting language such as JavaScript. Thus if scripting was disabled and your browser supported XHTML, like Microsoft's Internet Explorer (IE) version 5.5 and above, the timed activity would still occur and display.
